Could we change the schedule after booking has been confirmed?
Reschedule your trip is subjected to vehicle available. Anywhere, any change of pick up date, please inform us as least 24 hours before pick up.
When should I receive driver details?
You will receive the driver details one day before pick up date via WhatsApp.
When I need to book a private taxi / car ?
You can book our private taxi / car rental services anytime but we do recommend to book at least 2 days in advance especially for weekend trip.
Can I change my pick up date or pick up time?
Any changes you want to make for your trip, please inform us 2 days or early so that we can rearrange your transport to pick up. Anywhere, it is subject to vehicle & driver availability.
For short trips, small cars, or normal days, a 50% payment by card is required to confirm the booking. The remainder can be paid in cash after the trip.
For holidays, long trips, large cars, or trips with a tour guide, full payment is required via credit card in advance.
Full payment via credit card is also required for airport pickups, Ba Na Hills, and sea port pickups (e.g., Chan May Port, Tien Sa Port).
Do you provide private car/ car rental transfer for return trip?
Yes. We provide private transfer service for single trip, return trip or day trip .
Free cancellation if made 2 days prior to departure.
A 50% fee will be applied for cancellations made 24 hours before departure.
A 100% fee will be applied for cancellations within 12 hours or at the last minute.
For holiday trips, a 100% fee will be applied if canceled less than 2 days before departur
How do passenger(s) meet with your driver in the airport when they arrive?
Our driver will have your details and will contact you once you arrive the airport to pick you up. We will send the driver details to you 1 day before the traveling date. The driver will hold a sign with your name to pick you up easily
How much the overtime surcharge for Airport pick-up?
Our drivers will be waiting for you up to 1 hour for free.
